Oluwatomisin Oredein

Tomi Oredein is an American African seminary professor and poet. Her scholastic work engages articulations of African feminist, womanist, postcolonial, and black theologies with particular attention to women's voices within the African diaspora. Her creative writing attends to identity, culture, and faith and has appeared in The Curator Magazine, the Invisible Bear Literature Review, LA Review of Books, The Mudroom, Red Letter Christians and elsewhere. She is interested in theopoetics as theological method to uncover the creative and critically reflective potential of various art forms.
