David Penn

David Penn is an educator and musician living in Newton Massachusetts who enjoys riding his bicycle(s). He is a doctoral candidate at the Boston University School of Theology, where he is trying to better understand how (religious) community involvement affects adolescent (spiritual/cognitive/social) development. He plays percussion in a local orchestra and at occasional house parties, and spends a lot of time being trained by his kids in the art of parenting. Dave is also involved in several interfaith movements, which he hopes will contribute to peacemaking and the promotion of a better world.
