Ben Brazil

Ben Brazil directs the Ministry of Writing Program at the Earlham School of Religion, a Quaker seminary in Richmond, Indiana. With Scott Holland of Bethany Theological Seminary, he has helped to create the new, jointly taught Masters of Arts: Theopoetics and Writing. Although Ben has a background in journalism and a Ph.D. in Religious Studies, he is most interested in writing and teaching various genres of creative nonfiction. He is also founder and executive director of Warp & Woof, a quarterly storytelling event aimed at weaving connections between the diverse sub-communities of Richmond, Indiana.
