Nate Risdon

Nate Risdon (he, him, his) is in the midst of completing his post doctoral fellowship with Racial Justice in Higher Education (RJHE) and serves as its managing director and a lead research associate. Recently, Nate completed his Ph.D. in higher education at Azusa Pacific University with a focus on racial justice and equity. His dissertation, Sponsors, Saviors, and the Good White Man, examined the promising and problematic aspects of White allies sponsoring emerging leaders of color. He also currently works as a research associate with Drs. Glenn Bracey and Michael Emerson on the Race, Religion, and Justice
